Seattle Sunsets
I live in Seattle, and I love it here (most of the time). I’m a sweater and big-mug-of-coffee kind of girl, so this city suits me, and I really don’t mind the rain (except ask me how I feel about gray skies in June!). Anywho, tonight, I looked out my window and saw the most beautiful take-your-breath-away sunset. It was orange and purple and crimson all swirled together. And, because our neighbors across the street have a palm tree in their yard (I kid you not—an enormous two-story palm tree in Seattle), the scene looked like a snapshot from the Caribbean (another one of my favorite places on earth). I had to snap a photo and share with you!

Oh Sarah, that is beautiful!! I’m afraid my hair would look frizzy all the time in Seattle. I haven’t been since I was a kid, but I’m bound to visit and go to Bainbridge Island sometime!

This is an amazing shot! I am also a “sweater and big-mug-of-coffee” kind of girl but I think the rain would drive me crazy 🙂 Thanks for posting!

Beautiful! This makes me want to visit your neck of the woods this very moment (as if your book didn’t already do that for me.)
