I leave for New York on Tuesday, and I'm so excited! I'll get to visit the Penguin headquarters, say hello to my lovely agents, editor and publishing team, attend Book Expo America, where I'll be heading to the People Magazine party (swoon!) and also the Penguin Bird Bash. I just saw the flyer for it, and look at all the fantastic authors who will be attending! I feel so honored to be in such wonderful company

My fifth novel, Morning Glory, will be published on November 26. It's set on a houseboat in Seattle, and I wanted to give you all a look at the houseboat that inspired the novel with this video clip: I hope you enjoy it! And, the song in the background is "Gravel Lines" by the amazing Amy Seeley.
